  I am shocked and horrified by the way this attorney practicies law.
  I spent an hour going over my situation with this atty. Explained in detail my income, assets, home value, and credit card information. Was told he could "wipe" out not only most of my debt but my second mortgage as well since it had become an "unsecured debt" due to the new value...Was then told what my payments would be ($200 a month for 5 yr cht 13 plan), how much I had to pay him for his services ($1900) Then spent 1/2 hr next time with his assistant. Same thing here..was told the costs asscociated with doing cht 13.. gave him a check for $1900 to only come back with to be told that $200 was now $5000..yes that's 5K and I had to pay the entire debt back..They had already cashed my check and told me that they would only refund half back.. so now I'm not filling, was told $200..to then become $5000 to lose $900 and be in the same position I'm in now. I feel robbed... Do NOT use this atty.
