  The staff at Billy Howell are very polite but I wish I had listened to my insurance company's primary auto body recommendation instead of taking it here. I brought my 2014 Ford Focus to the shop 1/15/18 and I was told my car wasn't driveable. It had extensive undercarriage damage as I'd driven into a stump. They told me it would likely be at least 3-4 weeks as they were short staffed. I didn't have much choice to move it as my car wasn't driveable and my insurance had issued me a rental.
  
  I didn't get my car back until March 13th. They had my vehicle for a total of 57 days. They told me that a tire was back-ordered which was a reason for the delay, then, I was supposed to pick it up but they had missed that it needed a new strut so that took an extra week. I had to pester them the first month and a half and they never called me with updates (until I brought in my attorney). Finally I picked up my car and the speedometer was broken. They had to take it to the Service Center and it took an extra week to get the speedometer working due to a "defective warranty part." I had to contact my attorney at the end who called them repeatedly before they finally attempted calling me back.
  
  They did cover my rental car after the insurance stopped covering it. I have only had my car back a day and it seems to be working fine. Again, they are very polite but I wonder about the competence and staffing as it took two months and many trial and error to get my Ford Focus working.
