  24 yrs ago and on Medicaid, he was fantastic. 9 yrs ago and on killer ins, he was horrible. He lied about not carrying the numbing gel for shots. An asst told me on next to last visit. On same visit he decided to pull 4 teeth in one visit. (Was getting dentures) While pulling those, he broke a piece of bone from my gum area without telling me. He his that. Asst let it slip. I have been petrified since. This is not a lie nor exaggeration.
