  I work near by and I stop in here frequently, sometimes to buy but a lot of the time it's just to browse and kill 30 minutes looking at what's new in stock.... I've always been treated great by all the staff and even when they probably know I'm not looking to buy anything, they always ask if they can help and offer to show me anything I want to see.
  
  I've bought 4 guns from them in the past 6 months and every time, I've paid below the ticket price and they've been more than patient while I made up my mind.
  
  I always bring my business to them first if i can and I appreciate the great service I get.
  
  And no, I don't know the owner or anything like mentioned below... Just appreciate the friendly ladies behind the counter that always take good care of me!
