  If it were possible to give no stars I would have. The gentleman on the phone and behind the desk was not informative or upfront about the work that was supposedly being done to my vehicle and to make matters worse they were trying to charge me for work that was never done. I asked for a specific service and that service was not performed. When asked about the details regarding the service, I wasn't given a straight answer. It's sad to see a hometown shop perform at such a half ass level. I'd recommend anywhere else other than Herbert Automotive.
