  We had an appointment for a couples massage and facial for our first wedding anniversary at this location. So we had bad weather here in Cumming with snow and were asked to reschedule. We asked for available time slots and booked another session from there recommended time slots.
  
  We arrived at the location to closed doors on our anniversary. The thing that I did not like at all was the lack of minimum courtesy to give us a call and inform about the closure. Also, every other store in the collection mall were open too! We found it from the store next door that the spa was indeed open at 11.30AM, and our appointment was at 2.30PM.
  
  I am still waiting to hear back anything from them, as we left several voicemails too.
